Eligibility
Unused jewellery may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original packaging with tags intact.
Personalized pieces are generally final sale unless defective or damaged in transit.
How to return
Request a return from Account → Orders or email hello@lunara.studio with your order ID and reason. We’ll share pickup or drop-off instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the piece, eligible refunds or exchanges are processed according to our Refund Policy.
